Returns & Refund Info

Free Return on MOST products! (US Products. Please scroll below for our European Products Policies)

  • We will accept all authorized returns
  • All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached.
  • Just print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.
  • You will have 7 days to send the item back for full refund once we receive the item. (Please keep in mind that we do not exchange. We must first receive Items or products, then you can repurchase or exchange with refunded money.)
  • Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
  • Please keep in mind that Intimate products such as Underwear, Swimwear 👙, Bra, lingerie, candles, soaps, shampoos and conditioners, lotions, frangrances, makeup etc CANNOT BE RETURNED.
  • Other products such as Beauty & Well, Jewelry, Bodysuits, Face Mask are NOT returnable or refundable.
  • Authorized return Items will receive Full refund minus Shipping and Return Cost (Please Keep in mind that the Cost of Shipping and Return is included in our Free Shipping Products.) 
  • Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
  • Please contact us here info@shopmissmodish.com to receive an RMA# for your return.
  • Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return. 

REMEMBER, Intimate products such as Underwear, Bras, Swimwear, Lingerie, candles, soaps, shampoos and conditioners, lotions, frangrances, makeup, etc. will not be accepted for return.  A Partial refund may be issued  ONLY if the product has not been used. 

A courteous email explaining the reason for the return, and pictures should be sent to receive a partial refund on intimate products. Pictures MUST include Tags, crotch tape, original packaging, receipt, and possible defects (only from our end).

Also, a Partial or a Full refund will not be issued if the product(s) show NO signs of defects from our end, defects from the customer's end, worn products, resizing ( Please DO NOT purchase without measuring first), and if disrespectful or threatening messages is received from customer(s). 

European Products Return and Refund Policies 

Our store has partned with reputable European Brands to deliver high quality fashionable products to woman who want to add some European flair into their wardrobes. However, due to spacing and other issues, we are unable to carry out all our European products into our US Facilities, and therefore these will have to ship directly from our Brand partners. Below are the policies that we encourage youread them carefully before purchasing.

1. Returns are NOT acceptable in most cases: we are all aware that travelling internationally is very expensive and unfortunately, this applies to shipping.The shipping costs of these products can vary between $15 & sometimes to more than $100, depending on weight. This unfortunately will cost you to make any returns. And depending on the case, we may send you a partial refund (less than 40% as the shipping cost is included at the product cost) and you may be asked to either keep or send the product(s) to a US address that will be provided to you upon contact, only to lower the cost of returns. 

2. Partial Refund are accepted only: 

  • Customer emails our store at info@shopmissmodish.com 
  • Customer Provides at least 3 pictures of product received showing Tags, original packaging, defects or errors from our end only. And reasons for return.

3. No refunds will be given when: 

  • Customer changes their minds,
  • It was a gift, or purchased by accident 
  • Customer did not intend to keep the product 
  • Products smells, have make up or deodorant mark, products was ironed or washed.
  • Products has been worn, torn, tag missing, or sent without it's original packaging, products does not fit, or customer wants to return non returnable products such as lingerie, jewelry, swimwear etc. please read the list of non-returnable products in the US policy above. 

Customer can receive a partial refund and keep the product only if the mistake came from our end. 

Customer can email our store about defects or questions about policies within 7 days of deliveries.Â
