Ways to reduce Returns when Online Clothes Shopping- Size it up!

Shopping online has been by far the best way to shop as it has allowed us to shop at our convenience. However, it can also be disappointing especially when it comes to sizing.

While our store allow returns and refunds, we also know that you as a customer has had your heart on the clothing that you have purchased and therefore we want to ensure full satisfaction.

Before we dig deep into what you should do, let talk about what you SHOULDN'T do.

What you shouldn't do:

Refer to your regular sizing: I don't know if you are aware that almost every country I'm the world have their own sizing charts meaning that sizes varie according to the average weight of the population. So if people in a particular country tend to be smaller, than their 2XL will be smaller than of a person who wears 2 XL in a country where the majority tend to carry more weight.

And because Miss Modish Boutique as well as most stores carry different outfits from designers and manufacturers around the world, we recommend that you use a measurement or measure yourself first before buying rather than following your regular sizing.

What you should do:

Measure up!

Have yourself a little journal that you can carry around that will contain your sizing information that way you don't have to keep measuring yourself everytime you want to purchase online.

Measure your shoulders, your neck, your arms (both width and length for both your upper and lower arms), your bust, waist, hips, torso, bottom, beg (both width and length for both your upper and lower leg). Since our shoe 👠 department will soon be open, we encourage you to measure your feet both length and width. Please be sure to always add 2inches to your measurements.

We encourage you to not purchase anything if they do not fit, however, you can contact us at info@shopmissmodish.com and we will be more than happy to assist you by recommending similar items or even same items that could be found in a curvy or regular size department depending on where you're looking.

A video will be downloaded soon, but in the meantime contact us if you have any questions and don't forget to subscribe!

Until next time,

Stay fabulous 😍.
