Hello and welcome to Miss Modish Boutique! We believe that you’re on our store because you love our products but are a little skeptical. You’re probably wondering “is this a legitimate store?” or “is this just one of those small online businesses looking to make a buck?” or “are they going to sell my info?” or even “Can I trust that they’ll provide good customer service and good product quality?”, and we totally understand where you’re coming from because we’ve been in this situation too before. Therefore, we’ve decided to tell you our story with the hope to create trust.
HERE'S OUR STORY!
Miss Modish Boutique is an online only Boutique Based primarily in the United States and was founded by Rachel Francoise who is a Christian woman, a wife, a mother and a plus-size woman who also happens to be a Black and African-born woman. Miss Rachel’s love for fashion began when she was 9 years old after she’d watched her first celebrity red carpet event back in the Congo. Though she ended up not becoming a fashion designer like she once dreamed of, Miss Rachel was always at the top of making her own outfit that she ended up Designing and Sewing her very own Prom dresses and Pageant Gowns at the year 2013 for the Miss Africa USA Pageant as Miss Congo 2013.
At the year 2018 while carrying her child, Miss Rachel, who was already feeling insecure about her body due to “the changes”, she felt the need to connect with the world by starting her own Fashion Blog Page that she named Styles for Curves which was also made to create body positivity to other plus-size women like herself. Working on her blog helped her discover so many designers and stores for plus-size women which drove her to want to start her own Boutique.
At the year 2021, Miss Rachel launched MISS MODISH BOUTIQUE and stated that she wanted young women especially mothers to still feel young and stylish. And therefore, be known as MISS MODISH or Mademoiselle Modish. The Young lady who has a great sense of style.
WHY DO WE HAVE DIFFERENT ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
Our store has warehouses in at least three US states and one overseas to help cut down the delivery time of our international customers from both CANADA and Australia.
WE SUPPORT DREAMS
Though our store is new and a small business as of now, we know the importance supporting other small business in their success by posting their business banners in our blog posts free of charge.
To support other small clothing and accessories retailers, Fashion Designers who would want to either expand their brands or to get their brands discovered, our store plan to have them sell with us. Details will be posted soon!
